There is no such thing as a FREE any thing. If you get a grant you will have to pay somebody to fill out paper work for you. Then you might not get the grant. It is so confusing until you don't understand it. Then you have to keep buying books to read and when you read one you have to get another and before you know it you will have spend hundreds of dollars. So like I said NO SUCH THING AS A FREE (lunch) LOAN.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Free? Government? Those 2 words definately do not go together.
