I bruise sooo easily... I live with it. Unfortunatly people have quietly come up to me asking if i'm being knocked around and offering help. I'm not being hit! Is there any way to heal a bruise quickly?

The quickest way to heal a bruise is to put a large spoon in the freezer for about 10 minutes then hold the back of the frozen spoon on the bruise.

I have the same problem. I've been tested several times for blood problems or vitamin deficiencies, but I just bruise easily. The best thing I found is Jason vitamin K creme. Try it out.

a bruise is simply a group of small individual clots. to keep these clots from setting up shop, warmth is the drug of choice, unless you want blood thinners which i don't think you would want to do that. anyway, soak the bruises in warm to hot water, or sit in a steam room, or even a sauna would be good.

You may have a genetic illness that causes the blood not to clot.
do not take aspirin
You can take large doses of vitamine C but you really need to see a doctor.
