To get a copy of a police report you will have to have a legitimate reason, like be an involved party, insurance company for a wreck, or an involved attorney. If Mrs Lombard is still in jail you can call booking and find out the charges and bail amount (public record, anyone can ask)

it is none of your business. if it were legal for you to get a copy-you would have contacted the court and or the police station that filed the arrest.
