I went to sleep and woke up feeling terribly bloted, my shoes dont fit!!! I think its all about the drinking the night before... red wine btw.
Does anyone know how to fix this?? should I drink lots of water and take a pill or something that makes me shed all the extra water in my body?

If your feet are still swollen you should consider seeing the doc as drinking should not cause you to retain fluid that long as today is late Sundy night.

Hmmm...I've never had a hangover where I've woken up with water retention. Usually, I just feel nauseated and have a headache and want to sleep. Yes, drinking water is good.

Not a new answer but, definately drink alot of water! Although alcohol is a liquid - it actually dehydrates you!
