I've never lied about it. I don't mind a bit telling people i"m 39... I mean uh...46 uh ..48. See?

Well, I don't I have no problem with the age I am or telling anyone, I think a lot of them that do can't face getting older and are mistaken by the face that there are many ways in which we give our ages away. Some too are immature.

I think it's bred into us on a Darwin-type level. Unlike men, who are basically capabale of fathering a child at any age, we have a window of fertility. I think it's natural for us to try to appear more attractive in the "perpetuation of the species" kind of way. I don't think we even realize we're doing it (if not saying it, trying to look younger with cosmetics, surgery, etc).

I think that they do it to make them self more appealing. But, I personally feel that it is stupid. Lets face it, if it goes beyond a first date, the guy is probably going to find out the real number and more likely will be mad that you lied to them. (just f.y.i., I never lie about my age)

cause they always want to feel that they r young and get noticed always.
but age doesn't hide for long.

i think people who do that are ridiculous..maybe they are trying to hide something other than just their age?

they think guys like young chicks. personally i like honesty better
