bread?...do any of these eggs or larvae escape the destructive digestive enzymes in my stomache and hatch somewhere in my digestive tract? Do they account for stomach aches? And are they parasitic?....

Our bodies are subjected to many, many things on a daily basis. Unless your immune system is compromised, I wouldn't dwell on it.
