No its not at all wrong. But dear u cannot change the nature of anyone. So Keep on respecting her one day she will realize her mistake nd will respect u more than u do for her.

We teach others how to treat us and that includes with respect and with love.
The only way we can treat any one with true respect is by first learning to treat ourselves with respect. Otherwise we would be simple exchanging respectful behaviour with servile or submissive behaviour and that really is disrespect not just to ourselves but to others as well, as we might be trying manipulate others for our gain by being servile and extra ordinarily humble.
True humility comes with the knowledge that no matter what we do or create in life, we remain just the same as the next person; no matter what they might be or do in life. This also gives us the wisdom to see others as an extension of our own self, and that is when true respect comes, when we learn to treat others as an extension of our own self. Or simply just the way we treat ourselves.
And no matter how great or big a human being might be externally, internally we are all just the same, for the same divine self resides in us all.
Once we learn to that, the rest comes easily and naturally, as two things happen immediately. First, others will naturally feel respected around us, and second they feel obliged to treat us with equal respect as give to them as they know that how respectful we are towards ourselves and mostly that we won't take it, from anyone, let alone from ourselves.

Dear you can't change the fact that every body's thinking is not the same and every body is different in nature if you respect someone then its upto the other guy that he also need to give respect to you in lieu but i don't expect respect from the guy to whom respect means nothng

No its not wrong at all...............
but we can't change someones behaviour some people want respect from other but they cant give respect to others..........
but even though if u don't get respect from that person then too u dont leave giving respect to that person be as u are coz this behaviour of urs may change the persons attitude some of the day always think positive..........
