It is most likely a cyst, I knew sometone, that had the same thing and thats what they told him it was.. They told him if they weren't bothering him , not to worry, but if they were they would lance or cut then out .Good Luck .. But don't worry ... See your Doctor , if you are really concerned or they are bothering you ..

It's your lymphatic system processing fat and possibly infection...

It is basically, the same kind of junk that your tonsils collect only it is under your skin.

If it doesn't go away in a few days to a week... go to see a dermatologist. It could be a problem if you have it too long.

Need more details, cysts don't usually occur bilaterally and I don't recall any lymph nodes behind the ear.

If you have pierced ears, it is a keyloyd. And it has to be removed by a dermatologist, most people of color get these black $ Latino.

I have it too...I showed them to a doctor, and he told me not to worry...at that time I thought " yes doctor, if it is behind YOUR ear , I won;t worry too"...but I am still OK..it is just glands.

they are probably lymph glands - have you had a cold or flu recently? these glands swell up with white blood cells to help you fight off any infections or viruses. If they don't go away, see your doctor

Probably just a little cyst. Im sure its nothing to worry about unless it hurts or gets bigger.

you have what appears to be excess cartilage. a simple local to deaden areas...then a simple lance of the blade. doctor's will be able to do this quickly with very pain and discomfort.
