I have had two bad experiences with Loreal products. I used an eyecream that burnt my skin. Then I used a hair dye that made my hair fall out in clumps :( I'm definately never coming near Loreal products again! Has anybody had a bad experience also?

I haven't had all bad experiences. I used to dye my hair with Loreal Paris all the time I really liked it....but then I used Loreal Color Spa and some Loreal eyecream....I didn't respond too good to those products :( I guess it depends on the chemicals they use for each of their products. But I'll be careful.

perhaps you are allergic to an ingredient in the products. look online for common allergens in cosmetics products.

Loreal products are very hard on your skin and hair. Clairol products seem to be best if your using average items off the retail shelves. Loreal will frizz, make you lose hair, if you use their coloring. Their products are just too harsh for most people.

I know from experience, not to color hair and perm with their products because of your same experiences. Not to mention turning my hair this ugly ashey color. I had to have my hair professionally stripped and reconditioned after using their product. When I called their toll free number for help, they just said well we are not sure what you should do. Some help eh?
Anyway Clairol products are very easy on the hair and skin. So this is just a suggestion , but try them. I have had quite a bit of compliments about my hair and asked if it was my natural color and curl. Good Luck to you.

Loreal are one of the hightest quality brands of beauty and hair products out there. I have been using loreal for years and nothing has ever gone wrong. You should always patch and strand test before using a hair dye to test for allergic reaction. You probably have a sensitivity to the ingredients.

Truely, i don't think it is the product problem. Maybe it is just you? or you are just not suitable with them. Been using Loreal products from make-up to skin care to hair products. Nothing bad happens. But i now have improved skin and nice hair colour than before i used them.

Me and my friends have been utilising this product because seeing ateeya movies on you tube the only subject is which you would be able to no longer use the protein therapy until now than approximately 6 weeks in any different case your hair can smash off extremely extremely undesirable. in case you stick to each of the instructions believe me you might have great consequences!

Ihavnt had a bad experience, but obviously you have had a reation to this, perhaps you need to be checked for allergies. Always do a test on a small part of your arm before using this on your face,

Yes, and with others. My girl friend is gorgeous, but there is no room on the vanity for my toothbrush. x
