Keep your idea of jesus as son of god, to yourself. Jesus is strange to many as Buddha is strange to you. You are equally vulnerable.

Nah, Actually the true teaching of Yeshua really resembles Buddhism accpet yeshua is belongs to an abrahamic faith and reaffirming the Shema Yisrael while Buddha is a gentile prophet send to the orients.Buddhsim use to worship one God. However, as time goes by, Buddhism have been corrupted. They start making Buddha as god eventhough Buddha commanded his followers to reach the divine light which is actually God and cut off all these worldy stuff. That divine light is called Nirvana. However, today's buddhist have change the concept of Nirvana which is reaching "one god" into a concept of reaching " a state of nothingness". At the same time, they make buddha as god just like the christians. In the buddhist holy book, there are number of prophecies made by buddha regrading Yeshua HaMaschiah or also known as "matrieya".

Buddhism is (a kind of) Christianity without Lord Jesus Christ. Both religions share common moral principles. A true Christian is not afraid of any other confession, for he fears his Lord only, and loves him truly in the same time.

Why do some of them....,well, intolerance has mysterious ways, too.

(To my knowledge) Christians aren't exactly scared of Buddhism, but most likely a bit ignorant to what it is. Example: One of my Christian friends thought I was Buddhist, and therefore thout that I don't believe in God, but instead Buddha. Go figure.

I'm not Christian myself (But I of course believe in one and only one God), but I can see how Christians could view Buddhism in a negative light.

Afraid of Buddhism? What is there to be afraid of? But I ask you this in all honesty. Why would someone pass up the opportunity to know God through His son Jesus Christ so that they could meditate their mind into a state of Nirvana (nothingness) and then be reincarnated on this cursed earth possible as a cockroach during a nuclear winter? By the way who is keeping score as to what type of animal you will be reincarnated into? And the Lord gave them over to the imaginations of their heart.

Please repent of your sins and trust Jesus to save you. He is the real deal..Jesus is God.

I am not afraid of Buddhism. I have great respect for the Buddhist. What I fear are the fundamentalist of any religion, especially my own.

NO. They aren't scared. They are just committed to their own beliefs as Buddhists are commited to theirs. Are you a Buddhist? I would think you could spell it if you were a true Budddhist.
