I think if a rapist or pedo has shown that they can't control themselves repeatedly, I have no problem with removing them from the population.

The death penalty should be used for all crimes against children and all rape, man or women. It is proven they can not be rehabilitated. My grandmother was Indian, let me tell you how they dealt with rape...The man was taken to a tree, made to cut it down to the right heigth, so his feet would just clear the ground. Then he split the stump and with the axe still in place he was made to put his "manhood" in the split. The axe was then removed and they left him there. He deserved what he got. No burial was need as the wild animals took care of that. Not a pretty picture and certainly we have come a long way from the 1800's, the death penalty is there for a reason.

I think the most violent rapists and those really sicko pedophiles, death is appropriate.

I don't think pimps fall into the same category at all...they are just businessmen. It would be like sentencing prostitutes to death...that is overly severe.

I don't know about all of them, statutory rape for instance if often consensual, yet they get slapped with the tag of sexual offender. Rapists Yes kill'em. Pimps if they forced someone that's rape, kill'em. Pedophiles, if you hurt a child or touch them without their consent kill'em

I believe the death penalty should only be applicable in murder cases. I also believe it should only be imposed if a family member of the victim is willing to "flip the switch".

If you decide to use the "eye for an eye" mantra with the aforementioned offenders, it only makes sense that they experience the crime committed.

pedos and most rapists there is just no point in having them around but in some states if an 18 yr old is with a 17 yr old its just rape not statutory so ill have to say for all other rape than that unless theres a big age difference

Hello,

If Only.

It is NOT severe enough.

Eye for an Eye
Tooth for a Tooth

Let's emplement this capital punishment again.
It seems we have sided with the murders, sex offenders, pimps and molesters and this is scary.

But, maybe, this is a conspiracy from the Dems, and Repubs, to eliminate the weak in society.

Hope this helps you................ : - O

The death penalty would be a blessing for them compared to life in prison.

The liberals might think so. While I was in Kuwait I've seen them beat and hang their pedophiles right in the middle of townsquare. I personally think they deserve it, but that will never happen here in the U.S.

jointly as rape is a extreme offense i purely won't be able to deliver myself to think of that having a penis caught into you against your will is any worse than having a knife caught into you. The penis is often no longer deadly. If, in spite of the undeniable fact that, the sufferer of a forcible rape is maimed or killed then i think of the loss of existence penalty is properly deserved. Rape of a teen or handicapped guy or woman is something else lower back in spite of the undeniable fact that. a newborn, male or lady, who's raped could have his/her character replaced constantly and not for the greater suited. newborn sexual abuse can wreck a newborn's existence and could be paid for with the existence of the wrongdoer. people who oppose the loss of existence penalty say that it particularly is immoral, a sin etc. and that society shouldn't kill. i think of that people who take that place are often people who've in no way suffered the end results of such crimes nor had relatives harm. some say that vengeance belongs to the Lord. which would be authentic however the bible would not say that the Lord is the only one that can get exhilaration from revenge. often times it particularly is mandatory.
