Hello

I'm 28 years old. I just recently started getting panic attacks, nausea, fits of depression, suicidal thoughts, and violent rages. I was never like this as a child, and now I need help. I can't get work because of I feel like I can't concentrate, and I don't sleep very well either.

If anyone on here can give me a clue to what I have, please let me know. All I know is that I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy, and I can't live like this any longer.

Thank you for your time

I guess I should also mention that I don't do drugs, rarely drink, and have never had any run - ins with the law. I'm don't feel like commiting suicide because of a problem (i.e. like "My girl broke up with me"), I feel that way because I can't do the things I am used to doing anymore.

Yes. I know what you're suffering from. I'm pretty darnn sure because you just described the same symptoms, I was suffering from, up until about 5 years ago.

I was living in hell due to the anxiety that was created by my husband. He was abusive and I endured the suffering to the point that my brain was no longer functioning properly.

Prolonged stress can bring about a condition that causes our brain to stop producing SARATONIN.

I sought help with a really great psychiatrist. He didn't need to treat me with therapy. The reason why is simply because our brain is just having a chemical embalance.

This is EASILY treated with medication. The antidepressants that he prescribed me at first, made it worse. He took me off of them and found that I needed XANAX, KLONIPIN and SEROQUEL to help me sleep. The seroquel also elliminated the nightmares.

I was back to normal in just a few minutes. It was amazing.

After taking the xanax over the years, it started to give me fits of anger and he switched my medication.

He Took me off of it and prescribed me RISPERDAL and BENZTROPINE. It stablizes our moods. It is like a miracle. I am completely free of anxiety and depression. I still take the seroquel to go to sleep.

Your regular family doctor is not lisenced to prescribe all that medication because they are not schooled in the arena of chemical embalance in the brain. So, you will need to make an appoinment and quickly with a psychiatrist.

He will only want to see you for therapy as well, if your suicidal thoughts are a result of something else besides anxiety.

It sounds to me, like those thoughts are really just stemmed from the never ending anxiety, like I had. You probably just need your sleeping problem and the anxiety treated. Just like I did.

This started in my early 30s with no history of it in my past whatsoever, just like you.

Get this. It's more common in men than even women due to the constant pressure of making a descent living.

It's hard on our brains. I would know.

God, I feel so sorry for you. I'm about 100% sure you are suffering from the same identical problem as I did.

Please, for your sake see a doctor and nip this problem in the bud. It can lead to all other kinds of PHYSICAL problems as well, if gone untreated. He told ME, even cancer.

This has to be treated immediatly like any other illness.

Rest assured, you are not going crazy. It's SOOO common it's almost funny. It's just that people don't talk about it for fear, others will think you're crazy. YOU'RE NOT.

Take care and please don't let yourself have to suffer a day longer than necessary.

Christmas is comming next week. I want you to be able to enjoy it too.

If I hadn't gotten help I might have even been dead by now.

Good Luck, sweetheart. Don't worry. You'll be relaxed and laughing again in no time.

Call your regular doctor and see if the nurse there can give you a referral of a good psychiatrist. If they can't, for god's sake just pick one out of the phone book.

This is the most common ailment they treat. Even a BAD doctor knows how to treat THIS little monster.

Hugs and kisses and hang in there. There IS light at the end of that tunnel.

I would know.

Dude I know what you are going through. You are not alone. I just checked out of the hospital today. I went to the emergency room because I was contemplating suicide. I have been trying to quit smoking pot and have been having bouts of depression. I talked to 2 doctors a therapist and an intern. I have to say they made me feel better, but I still am going for counseling. I think you should see someone in the mental health profession. I have been smoking pot for over 20 years and it has destroyed my friendships and some past relationships. I always thought it was no big deal. I am realizing now that I could be so much more. I'm 35 never married and no kids. So now its time to start living right. I think the world is full of hurt and I want to be stronger to help lift people like me out of their hole...

It could be any number of things, and not all of them mean you have a psychological disorder. There are chemical imbalances in the brain and other things that can go wrong to cause you to think and behave this way. You should go see a doctor first and foremost so that they can run some inital blood tests and then see where you can go from there. They may be able to fix everything with just a pill a day. Good luck.

Go to your doctor, if you do not have one get one. You might have a very upset blood system. You might have a lot of things. It might be a minor fix, I know there are nausea pills that will help that one thing. Get a CAT scan and an MRI. Do not let the Doctor push you over into the mental until the physical is checked out Good luck

My friend you must be a brave fighter and not to give up easily. What you have is a mental health problem that can be brought under control quite easily nowadays. You need to see urgently your GP to refer you to the right Psychiatrist to keep you safe and happy out of this very dark cloud. Also, you need the help of your family, friends and psychologist. You must remember that this cloud is temporary and very soon you would have the sun back in your life. Your life is the most precious thing you have, so try your best to save it and not to do any stupid thing. Be patient and very soon you would be alright.

Sound like social anxiety disorder. Try talking to a doc about a seratonin re-uptake inhibitor and some alprazolam. This should help!! Often times there is no reason to have panic attacks. They just happen. The biggest fear is that you will have another one for most people....can lead to aggoraphobia

There is NO such factor as a hypoallergenic puppy. It's puppy dander that triggers allergy symptoms in individuals and all puppies have dander, it is a subject of a few breeds having much less of it than others. Poodles, Bichons. and a few terriers look to be the breeds that allergic individuals can submit with nevertheless there are a few allergy symptoms that react to all puppies, no longer only a few. I realize of no breed that appears like a Pomeranian that could be risk-free for you.

I guess the logical thing would be to get counseling. If you don't have insurance there should be some public health where they offer counseling based on income. If you are in an emergency and feel like you'll kill someone just go to the ER.

It could be as simple as stress...or as complicated as a chemical imbalance, a reaction to OTC meds, or new prescription meds. Whatever, it is, it would do well for you to find a professional counselor, to help you discover and halt the problem before it becomes even more complicated for you. Best wishes.
