As for Texas, I know you can buy one for personal use, they have them in all guns shops and even pawn shops. And they are availabel for purchase by the general public. I hope you know that they are one time uses, and then you have to put in a whole new cartridge.

lol i dunno! id liek 2 know the same thing!!!! i belive u can in the usa, because i kno that the gun laws r different there, that u can carry a gun with proper papers n all! test have 2 be writte'n! in canada, where i am, u cannot have a fire-arm on u, so u cant walk into a public place with 1, and anything shat shoots a projectile in,is classified as a frie-arm, in canada that is! which is gay and stupid! and if u have a gun, in the usa on u, it must be out in the open were it can be seen by every1, otherwise its classified as a consealed weapond! gay er wutt? lol!

Yes, you can buy one on-line..(do the search yourself). Some states will not allow it to be shipped. Here is the catch...You can own one, but if you use it you can be charged with assault with a weapon. Check your local (State) Laws.
