I'm 42-yo and am as "horny" now as I have ever been, except my wife has absolutely no sexual desire whatsoever. I have several young ladies in my office that have definitely been showing interest in me and while I do not want to cheat on my wife, I am addicted to sex and want that physical relationship.
I'm gonna burst if something doesn't happen, and I'm tired of spending time with my right, and left, hands.

Have you done anything to try and get her "in the mood"? You are old enough to know a little something about women and alor of women are NOT "ready to go" all the time. We need to be lead done the path. Try a little harder and don't settle for easy sex from the hoochies at work.

This is a common dilemma and you must carefully assess your situation before you do something stupid like cheating. Don't let your penis make hasty decisions.
This is a sign of a problem that can be remedied if you both are willing to fix it.
You have to talk to your wife and be open to her that you are not satisfied her being not sexually available to you. She has to be participative and actively involved otherwise she will regret if you do something stupid. I am not saying that it is justified to cheat on your wife if she doesn't do anything about it but you will find yourself in another woman's place pretty soon. Sexual urges are just hard to control. It is a biological need.
So tell your wife now or both of you see a therapist to resolve the case.

Men and women are made very differently and have different ways of wanting things to happen. Men are visual and women are verbal in lovemaking and thinking. Men are fast and women are slow to warm up. Men have their sexual peak in their 20's and women is much later in life closer to menopause. Your wife should be approaching her sexual peak as she is aging---unless she was a smoker. Smokers go through menopause sooner than nonsmokers. Your wife could be overtired, overworked or she could just have resent toward you. Either thing can hinder her interest. A hysterectomy can eliminate sexual desire.
Do not cheat on your wife. Try having a little more patience and concern if you love her. Find out why she isn't interested in you sexually. If you are "too wham bamp thank you mam" she isn't going to be interested. You must woo her and pursue her to win her affection and in turn get a good response sexually. You can NOT wait until bedtime, and suddenly approach her for sex. YOU have to woo her all day to win her. Women NEED whispered sweet nothings and told they are loved and appreciated, that they are pretty, etc. Remember they response to verbal affirmations and encouragements. You can walk around naked al day and they would even notice it. Where on the other hand men are visual and like to see skin.

If she works outside the home tell her to quit, to stay home and cook the meals and stay ready to charm you and have undivided attention put upon you. She will love you for being her provider and protector. She will be all rested up for you at night and appreciate you. Learn to live on less.

buy something for her,sex toys that slways does the trick for me with my old man,get a vibrator for her with 8 speeds they are awsome but YOU do the work it's MAKE her get in the mood and let her have it to use in private that will maeher think about sex and fantasixe and be more willing,maybe it's the times of day or night too,i dont likeit in th am my b/f loves it then,i want it when i'm freash out of the shower cause i fee; clean and im more likely to get what I want too, ;)

Find out what the problem is. Ask her. I don't think you are addicted to sex or you would have stepped out of the marriage by now. Go to couples counseling. Have a hot Christmas.

U need to divorce your wife if she cant put out and keep u satisfied.

You and I are in the same boat, my friend. My fiance is up for it sometimes, but not nearly as much as me. I find that offeriing a massage and then kissing his neck and back usualy perks him up.
