the method is the same,difference being while the blender does all the whisking & blending,now with a hand operated beater or whisk you have to do it the hard way.Beat eggs with seasoning,pour in oil very gradually,even drop by drop to start with,then in a slow steady stream,later add vinegar while continuing to mix all the time.

You don't even have an electric hand mixer? I could tell you how to do it with a drill motor and a coat hanger but it'd be easier to go buy some

If you have a wisk a bowl and the ingredients you'll be fine. Beat your egg, slowly wisk in your oil, then slowly wisk in your vinegar and your seasonings.
