I want to bake a cake in microwave... But the bowl i have is made up of some metal ... can i use it inside microwave oven.....
I will use the Oven function of microwave ... have to bake it at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.....

The Microwave manual says that it can do all the functions of a normal oven.... I dont want to bring an oven into my house i dont have any space left for it.... :(

Depends on your microwave, mine can have metal in it in some forms (it was also $1500). Check the manual, likely it can't but if you have a microwave like mine it will have come with a recipe book that explains the metals you can use in it and how you can use them. If you aren't sure don't bother you will just destroy your microwave and possibly start a fire!

Want to celebrate the 4th of July early? Go for it. Is that the only baking dish you have? How far is the next door neighbor? If you only have a Micro proof dish thats smaller so be it, you have to do with what you have, make 2 smaller cakes

no metal in microwave .. go out and get a glass baking dish and then you won't have to go out and buy a new microwave.

No. Metal will arc and cause a fire. It needs to be all glass or all plastic.
