If boot from Windows XP CD, it will load some common driver, but my hard disk driver is a limited OEM. Is there possible load also the limited OEM from Windows XP CD?

I don't know if you'll be required to install a driver for your HD. The worst that will happen is XP will use the generic driver for it and you can install the OEM driver after XP is up.
