I understand an accidental pregnancy once, but what about the multiple pregnancies?

Once is a mistake, two or more accidental pregnancies is just plain ignorance.
Some girls/women get pregnant because they aren't using protection.
Others get pregnant because they are under the impression that protection is 100% effective against preventing pregnancy.
And there's another category of females that get pregnant to trap their boyfriends/husbands into staying with them.
There's all sorts of circumstances.
Mainly, some girls/women just don't use their head.
Good question, I gave it a thumbs up.

Its more of a choice than an accident. It would be an accident if a rape was involved. Accidents don't occur when using birth control or the like.

But as for the multiple births some people love kids. They may be under the impression that a baby or multiple children will bring that stability. As for the income part of the scheme I have no clue.

I personally at the time I got pregnant had no stability or income. Yes my husband was working. Yes we had a roof over our head, yes it may not have been the right time, but I have a limited time to get pregnant. As I have a family history of Fibroid Cysts and the like.

I know exactly what you mean. I, too understand accidents happen, people learn, make the best and move on. But, when people don't do that, I don't get it. I know a girl who is 20 years old and has 4 kids. She started at the age of 14. I truly believe that some girls do it for attention because the one I'm talking about tried to tell people at the age of 12 that she thought she was pregnant. So, as you can imagine, she is now on welfare with no education or potential to get one. And, at the age of 20 with not even as much as a GED, how far can you get with no job experience? So, I feel you.

I think it's because they think it's thier ticket to security. And lack of smarts to prevent it. Just my opinion.
