You don't. It's much easier to just buy new ones.

Always match the total watts RMS of subs per channel of an amp at the rated impedance(ohms).

you cannot disassemble them without destroying them more than they already are. only a very small number of very specific type subwoofers can be disassembled, they are meant for professional competitons and usually cost A LOT of money. like the other guy said, buy new ones and watch your rms wattage.
