I'm just scared that one day I won't live to post questions here in Yahoo answers because my way of thinking would cause me to do foolish things. eg. Killing someone

I think that knowing and being able to describe these feelings and tendencies within yourself is a sign that you have the ability to analyze, control, and mitigate how you respond to these feelings. Realizing you have these feelings, try to find out the 'why'... and know that the 'foolish things' that could happen are not in your destiny unless you make it. Knowledge IS power... so make yourself a priority and get these problems solved.

The right answer is to seek help. Remember that psychologists have had 11 years of education about exactly this, and are in their field to help people. If it was money they wanted, they'd spend all of that energy doing something that paid a whole lot more.

You may think to turn to friends or family, but while they are great for support, usually people around us don't have the tools to help us take care of our lives, or to diffrentiate whether or not these behavioral and/or emotional patterns are related to past experience or are simply chemical imbalances.

If you can identify the way you feel, you're doing a whole lot better than many, and just being able to see that probably means with educated guidence, you could alleviate these things and lead a happier life.

Remember, not all psychologists are for all people either. A bad experience from you, a friend, even a family member, and even multiple bad experiences don't mean a thing. There are good psychologists out there that can offer an amazing amount of help.

First all why do you feel the need to kill someone.? You say you have hatred and frustrations? You need to take a long walk or run if you feel that. You feel like you have someone unjustly taking advantage of you or someone has done you wrong. If that is happened I suggest that you step back and forget about it as in this is foolish to take something that or someone did you wrong. No need in flying off the handle just cause you feel like it. Take a break and take a deep breath. Just cause my cat pisses in the sink dont mean i'm gonna a kill her.I just clean it up and go with the flow.You have to act like an adult not a child. So get a grip!

1. never see a doctor. harmful to wallet.
2. do a extreme sports, like sleeping for 2-3 days. rest your mind.
3. kill some body, like a fish, chicken, cook a great meal.
4. get more frustrated, do something you are not good at and get addicted to it, begets patience.

or none of the above, just be yourself.

why worry if you can solved the problems, and,
what the points of worrying if your can't solved it.

ITS SO FUNNY HONEY I FELL THE SAME WAy and im up real late because i feel like pulling the trigger right now!!! while this man sleeps but beleive me it wont help to kill them outright...try a little food poisoning... just a little...hahah i bet you will be more happy watching them suffere verynow and then ... then to just kill them, some people derserve to die but punishent is always better..

Get a 'violent' hobby like kick-boxing...
The spent energies will be enough to get your frustation down.

Try to accomplish small things in your day to day life (the good will of the day tipe of thing) those small accomplishments will generally put you in a better mood

Take deep breaths and get a hobby mate! life is too short to want to destroy it. We all have ups and downs, sometimes really big bad downs but if you dont like it when your down there hating and wanting to hurt yourself or others tell yourself you dont want to do that anymore. You have a good brain in yourhead. use it.

built up frustration is normal for alot of people. i know i have it too. but you cant let it built in you. If you do it will come out in one huge horrible thing. and youll later feel horrible for it. so i suggest seeing a therapist, playing sports (lets out aggresion) or anger theropy. hope that helps!

Get some help to find out why you are so angry. Has anything recently changed in your life? Did anything traumatic happen when you were a child?
