How was it?

Yes... it was not pleasant. I had no energy and i could not exercise. i was starving but i did lose 10cm in my first week and about 4 kilos. it came back about 2 weeks after i stopped. It does not fill you up and it tastes like crap lol... My recommendation is to save your $15.00 start up fee and your 2.40 per satchel milk shake and just eat right and exercise. Optifast works on a 1000cal diet and well you can eat anything you want but you would be suprised how full of calories everything is. It can also make irregular bowel movements. Good for shortterm loss like if you have a big party but i dont see any long term health benefits out of it.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
