Well that is a double edged sword. The reason that Christians are "always bothering you" is because they care about you. They believe that whosoever believes that Jesus is the son of god their immortal will be saved and go to heaven. That is their whole mission in life is to spread the "word" and try to "save" as many people as they can. If their your friend when they are happy they will want to share that happiness with the ones they care about. I am a Christian and what works best is honesty. Just let them know that they are coming off too strong and tell them to back off a little and they should get the idea.

you should find out what they are really talking about instead of being close minded. understand what they are doing before being an ***. we as christians are here for a point. to be good people and spread gods word. we arent trying to convert you. we are here to just give you some words of wisdom and a possibility to a different direction in life. you can take it or leave it. make sure they are christians you are talking about. there are sooo many religions and they all believe in different things. "god is the way the truth and the life, no one comes to the father except through me". just some scripture to consider. we will be praying or you. good luck.

The reason they keep talking to you is to try to save you. As Christians, we are taught to love everyone and especially if they are people you know, they don't want you to go to Hell b/c the Bible tells us all about how awful hell is going to be. I mean, who in their right mind would want to burn for an eternity in hell? Maybe you don't want to accept God because you have a hard time believing in something you can't see. The point of Christians is to worship and serve the God who gives us everything and who has given us everything including love, peace, and happiness. The devil is going to lie to you, like he already is and try to convince you otherwise b/c he doesn't want you to be happy, he doesn't want you to worship God at all. Anyways, if you have any questions about Faith or God or you have a hard time believing in him for some reason, feel free to email or message me any time! I would be more than happy to elaborate even further on how much God really does love you. He loves you even though you don't love him. Just seriously think about what I just said. Jesus loves you! don't forget that :) God Bless I'll be praying for you!

I am personally a Christian, I love God and he has helped me through soooo much in my life. I never push my beliefs onto someone else, its almost always a waste of time. People that do that to you just want you to experience the emotional euphoria that you feel when you have God in your life. If you just don't want to hear it, then tell them to leave you alone. There's just people in life that don't understand what God can do for you, and that's fine. Those people have a right to live their lives however they feel necessary. Good Luck!

They are only bothering you to point you the way to salvation in Jesus. But you can politely tell them you are not interested and stop trying to convert you cause you have yur own beliefs.

Maybe you can explain nicely (but firmly) to them that the more they annoy you, the less likely you will be to consider conversion, which is pretty much the truth. I don't understand why so many people (and whole religious denominations) can't grasp such a simple thing.

you cant make them stop. people try to press their ideas constantly upon others. you will never know your true feelings and imagination until taken away from all influences. but being a christian myself, they just want to save you. look around you, the world is falling to pieces exactly as its stated in the bible. Just refuse the number, no matter what he says.

What vibe are you sending out that you're interested? Just say, "Thanks, but I'm happy with my life. How about that Bowl Game!?!"

Come up with something else to talk about. If they're so constrained they have no other interests, why are you hanging out with them? If they're a co-worker, complain to your boss. If it's your boss, dust off your resume.

On behalf of any of them who come at you with a hateful attitude, I apologize.

For any of them that are honestly concerned about you, they will back off if you politely tell them you will ask them when you're ready to hear about it.

Seek, and you will find.

Just ask them to leave and if being nice about it doesn't help ... answer the door and when they start their speech , say excuse me I worship the devil and slam the door in their faces! LOL works!
