I'm really pressed for time this Christmas, and I'm looking for some different and easy (no-bake would be grand) cookie recipes. The less time consuming to make, the better. Thanks!

i have one thats really easy and really good...here goes...

4 squares white almond bark
1/2 c. peanut butter (creamy)
2 c. rice krispies
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 (12oz) can salted roasted peanuts
1 bag butterscotch chips

In large bowl mix rice krispies, marshmallows, nuts and butterscotch chips. Melt bark in med saucepan over low heat until melted. add peanut butter to bark and stir until mixed. pour over dry ingredients and mix. drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.

the bark sets up kinda fast so you need to work quick or you will have a big glob of cookie...lol. enjoy!!

If you go to www.bettycrocker.com there are recipes for "The Ultimate Spritz" and "Lime Spritz".

The Spritz dough is very easy to make, and you can either make it into ball cookies or use it easily in even a cheap plastic cookie press.

You can make the plain cookie and sprinkle sparkle sugar on it or put a drop of frosting on them. You can add food coloring to make whatever color you want. My favorite has always been lavendar and pink stars with sugar on them. You could put a few almond slices (or whatever you want) on them too. The lime recipe calls for lime peel.

There is baking involved, but this recipe is the so easy and quick; and it is basic enough to allow you to do what you want for "add ons"/"add ins". There's no refrigerating the dough or whatever else.

They're a softish, buttery-ish, flavored cookie that most people seem to like.

purchase the already made sugar cookie dough on the shop, roll it out and reduce into coronary heart shapes then dip one 1/2 in melted milk chocolate. at the same time as that dries, melt somewhat white chocolate in a zipper lock bag contained in the microwave (30 sec at a time till eventually melted) and positioned a small hollow in a unmarried nook and drizzle over the entire cookie. seems rather rather and little or no artwork.

Just buy the ones already made in the fridge at your grocery place and stick them in the oven no one will be the wisest.

Or buy them.
