IE is giving me a constant speed for download of any file more than 100-200MB. But Mozilla i think is good for browzing.So should I use IE or Mozilla coz i download a lot and i hate download managers.

I'd suggest Firefox 2.0, which is a flavor of Mozilla. Its zippier than the basic Mozilla while still having the basic Mozilla safety features.

IE is faster, but Mozilla is safer. If you don't like the download manager there's an extention where it just doens't open a new window and it opens inside the current browser.
