It depends on how long you have been seeing each other.
Sometimes 1 week is enough time and a lot of times, it takes much much longer.
Just go with your heart. If you feel that he is genuine and he feels the same way, bust the "L" word out.

Just tell him that you really enjoy his company, and how fun he is to be around. And you might want to say something like he is the best you've ever had. Guys dig that stuff.
