I found it on a website called Scruples.

Also info came up that didn't make it sound very good, on a different site.

It was a black and white sheet listing havardous chemicals in it. Ammonium something or other.

I would think peroxide could strip hair alot safer and cheaper.
Or just wait for it to grow out.

Also, if you can cut it to a different length, that will get rid of alot of it. And then, seriously, wear a hat? It's cold weather anyway, and indoors they can be a great fashion statement.

Never heard of that stuff and I went through some years in cosmo and I work at a salon. Thats weird. I wonder what it does. To me, something that would delete color is Bleach. Because bleach totally take out any color you have in your hair.
