i have toothaches on a regular basis. i have a small whole in one of my back teeth and the other one is almost gone, but the one that is almost gone NEVER hurts, its the other one that does. my insurance does not kick in until jan 1. is there any simple home remedies that actually help. i have tried all the otc pain relievers, numbing agents and warm water with salt. my dentist said it was because i was practically pregnant for 4 years and it took a toll on my body as well as my teeth is there anything to help rebuild my calcium in my teeth?

MANY FOLKS BELIEVE THAT BEING PREGNANT ROBS THEIR CALCIUM FROM THEIR TEETH. THIS IS NOT TRUE. CALCIUM FOR YOUR BABY FROM YOUR BLOOD, AND FOR YOUR BLOOD FROM YOUR BONES, NOT YOUR TEETH. ONCE THE TEETH FORM THEIR CALCIUM CAN'T BE AFFECTED BY PREGNANCY. FOCUS ON KEEPING THE GUMS HEALTHY FOR IN THIS LAYS THE FUTURE OF YOUR TEETH.

They thing that I found that worked the best was Ibuprofen 600 mg, And try taking calcium pills to help build up your calcium. I am NOT a DR or Dentist - call and talk to the dentist that you plan on going to, go ahead and make the appointment now

Keep your head elevated above your heart when you rest. Basically, just lay w/ head on a few pillows. This will help the pain when it's usually the worst, at night.
