It's called the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) but it is limited for certain types of visas (i.e. student visas aren't in the VWP)

-Netherlands

-Switzerland
-U.K

Advantages: citizens from those countries don't need to apply a visa in order to enter the US as visitors. They only need their passport. Save them time and money.

Puerto Ricans don't need a visa because PR is US' territory.
