Could it be that costrochondritis is also caused by deoderants mixed in the body through cuts in the underarm?

area from shaving there? Perhaps this is a paraben induced virus?

You could be right. Everything that you put on your body enters your body, so, removing the protective hair and spraying chemicals onto such a vulnerable place is potentially very dangerous imo.

Well, I have gotten costochondritis and I never use deodorant.
There are just too many idiopathic unknowns that happen.
But whatever causes it, it sucks!
