I have a chubby face and I want my hair short, would it look ok? I have really thick hair and I hate having to deal with it but I don't want it too short. If anyone knows of links to some good/cute short hair cuts please tell me them.

If you have a chubby face, stay away from chin length hair. Either go shorter or longer. When it stops at your chin, it just makes your face look rounder (trust me, I have personal experience).

I've always worn my hair long because I was afraid to make my face look any rounder. Last year I decided to cut it all off and go with a pixie look. I've received so many compliments, I can't begin to describe it. I've been told by many people that this makes my face look slimmer and they can actually see a jawline now! :) The best part is that it takes less than five minutes every morning to fix. And if I'm having a bad hair day, I'll just dunk my head and water and it'll dry in 10 minutes for restyling!

I would go alittle below the shoulders with some nice 90 degree layers. Try out some bangs... the ones that are side swept. That should help. Usually... when it hair is longish and down it makes the face look thinner. My face looks chubby when my hair it up. I tried to find some styles but I'll keep looking and check back

So many times we answer our own questions and don't know it!

Cause' you just said, you don't want it to short.

That's you're instincts telling you that, see? Cause you know what you like and what you are comfortable at.

A middling length can be nice for that. The stylists really know how to cut it, and highlight certain features and really bring them out, using different focal points which can attract the eye where they want it to go, and that can be really cute!

Makes the eyes just sparkle! So, know, I wouldn't go to short. That can do just the opposite.

And longer hair then that will give you a soft, feminine, look. Kind of like a pixy sprite! Yet also very feminine, real woman.

You need to keep medium length hair. Keep it tamed with a good gel. If you go to short your face will appear larger. There are alot of great looks for med. length with your type of face. Gel and conditioner are the key to dealing with it, not over cutting. Go to a good salon for the first cut and get some ideas.

No, shoulder-length and below hair is the most flattering hair cut for a chubby face.

Short hair can be sexy on a chubby face. Go with a short bob and get it layered down to the chin. This will taper your face and give a slimmer profile and magnify the full features of your face.

I prefer hair that will is shoulder length or longer, As well as since that men who like females are more often then not directly, they like long hair because it looks more feminine, as most guys have short hair.
