than you afraid to face yourself ........once you make peace with yourself problem will disappear!

This is a common problem at this age, Just don't think about the others what they think about you live the way you wanted and do the thing that you like the most and after few days you will get the result and try to use your anger in positive way; I know its to hard but nothing is impossible and think about your love ones and good friends.

Eat right and exercise. It will release endorphins and keep you looking and feeling great. If your out of control take a big deep breath and rationalize. Why are you angry/sad/anxious and how can you make it stop.
Our brains are a powerful thing and when you really think about it we are the ones that tell our brains what to do.
Ultimately it comes down to the individual... I say enjoy the ups, learn from the downs and keep yourself focused on what you want emotionally in life.

A lot of drugs help with that kind f thing...

That, and you may want to consider going into therapy, or something similar. They help a lot with impulses and wierd feelings.

EMOTIONS ARE A BIG CURSE TO MANKIND... ITS NOT FAIR!!!!!!!!! aaaaaaaahhhhhh! ITS SO NOT FAIR AND THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL NEVER FEEL ANYTHING IS TO BE HYPNOTIZED INTO BELIEVEING THAT YOUR NOT FEELING ANYTHING AND UMM BEING SO HIGH ON MENTAL MEDS THAT YOUR TO DRUGGED UP TO FEEL ANYTHING...

ITS A JOKE WHEN PEOPLE SAY TO CONTROL YOUR EMOITIONS BECUAE ALL YOUR DOING IS PUSHING THEM ASIDE AND THE WILL ULTIMALTEY BUIDL UP AND DRIVE YOU CRAZY I MEAN STONE NUTS

THE ONLY WAY TO FELL BETTER IS TO GET REVENGE TO HELL WITH PRAYER AND **** LIKE THAT BECUASE THAT FEELING WILL STILL BE THERE DEEP DOWN INSIDE.

PAIN IS SOMETHING THAT ALL DO NOT FEEL

THOSE THAT DONT WORRY ARE THE ONES WHO COULD CARE LESS ABOUT WHO YOU ARE OR WHO THEY HURT ITS ALL ABOUT THEMSELVES.

Seriously probably practice mindfullness. Monitor everything and how it makes you feel. Then you'll know your triggers, how to change your reactions.
