Deli meats work well because they are quick to prepare on sandwiches, or will work as a snack with cheese and crackers. You can bring anything you want, as long as there's a fridge or a microwave in the room you can assume that the hotel is ok with you bringing your own food. A good idea I've found for breakfast is bagels, you can put anything you want on them and they make a good snack as well. Have fun on your trip!

everything sounds ok. U might think about lunch meats u Can eat those any time of the day r night. Some of the stuff like candy pretzel and other snacks u really don't need. I think u wanna save money. So just get what u really need. A snack is ok as long as u need it.

Why not take some bread to make sandwiches for lunch?

I see you're not drinking any liquids except slimfast. Why not cut down on all fat food snacks. Substitute some more fruit.

A lot depends on whether or not you'll have access to a microwave!

Breakfast:
-breakfast bars
-oatmeal (if you'll have a microwave)
-bagels (they make margarine in little packets that doesn't have to be refrigerated)
-cereal (since you can keep milk in the refrigerator

Lunch and Dinner:
-don't forget the bread for your sandwiches!
-soups (if you have a microwave)
-eggs (if you have a microwave, you can scramble one in a bowl and microwave it for one minute.)
-yogurt

Snacks:
-pudding snack packs
-jello snack packs
-applesauce

Some fruit would be nice, like grapes or apples. Or even canned fruit.
