My Sexy Spaghetti

1. Boil spaghetti as directed.
2. Drain and set aside
3. In a separate pot on low heat, add half(or however much you think is needed for the amount of spaghetti your making) a bottle of spaghetti sauce.
4. Add half a cup of Parmesan cheese in to the sauce and stir.
5. Add one table spoon of chili pepper
6. Add one tablespoon of black pepper
7. Add a couple bay leaves if you have it
8. Stir in the spaghetti!
9. Enjoy!

P.S. You can also just add the sauce on top you don't have to mix it.

Almost Jim’s Spaghetti Sauce

In a large pot, perhaps a stock pot, combine the following:
4 pounds ground beef, raw
2 12-ounce cans of tomato paste
2 15-ounce cans tomato sauce
¼ cup sugar
3 medium onions, finely chopped
4 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
5 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons white vinegar
water, to desired consistency (I use about a 15-ounce can’s worth)

Mix well, and on top, place 4 bay leaves.

Cover and cook on low for three hours, stirring occasionally.

Can be put in a crock pot and cooked on low for 10-12 hours.

NOTE: Be sure to remove bay leaves before serving.

not everything in cooking has to be an exact science.. In fact, go crazy try something new as long as your putting good stuff into it youll get something good.. Start of with sauteeing some minced/diced/chopped onions in a pot with some butter, add ground beef/sausage/any other meat, let sautee for a while then add in a tomato product, depending on what texture you like, there is a variety, i personally like to use some tomato puree, tomato paste, and a chese blend... next add you basics such as salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, garlic, onion powedr, bay leaf, cayane pepper(to give it a kick), parmesian cheese... experiment with other spices such as cumin, ginger, even cinimon.. italian dressing is great to add(everything should be in moderation though, dot go too crazy).. I like to add a little liquid smoke, some vinigar(balsalmic), and wine... stir well every now and then and simmer on low heat until it starts to bubble a little bit.. i suggest making a small amout first to test if the ingrediants blend well together, just boul some noodles and serve together..

Use whole grain spaghetti and cook al dente.

This is a vegan (no animal products) sauce that we like in our family:

Fry up a chopped onion and a couple of cups of chopped fresh mushrooms in Virgin Coconut Oil.

Add a can of tomato sauce and a sprinkle of fresh herbs (your choice-- we like taragon or rosemary).

Add Celtic Sea Salt to taste (not much-- a pinch) just before serving.

Pour the sauce over the individual servings of spaghetti.

Serve with a green salad and garlic bread. And candlelight is a nice touch.

Have fun and bon appetit!

4 (6.5 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti

In a large skillet, brown sausage over medium heat; drain and set aside.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, bay leaves, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and Italian sausage; mix well.
Simmer over medium-low heat for at least one hour; it is best if simmered all day.
