Follow the teaching of the the Buddha to...
Relinquish all desires and pains as an illusion.
Refrain from harm to any living creature.
Relinquish your sense of self and being seperate from all being.
Attain a state a conciousness where your ego is disolved and you become one with all being.
Once you do this you escape the cycle of rebirth at death and graduate to what comes beyond.
