Trust is always a very important thing in any relationship, but not the most important, all aspects are very important you need it all to make it work. You need love, honesty, stability, trust, you need to be able to talk to one another about all things. Be friends, be lovers, be one anothers supporter. Every relationship is different and every man and woman think this is more important than something else, what matters is what you think and what the person you are with think about these aspects of a relationship. Good luck to you.

7 Sex is still important in a relationship once the partners have reached that level of comfort. Human nature puts a lot of importance on people's romantic compatibility, but that doesn't mean that sex should be the most important thing in a relationship. It's just icing on the cake, so to speak.

There is not just one most important thing in a relationship.

Aspects of a relationship work together to make the relationship good.

But I do agree that trust, honesty, communication and sense of humor are up on the top of my list if I had to choose.

without trust, there really isn't anything... i don't only mean "trust " in the sense that you won't cheat, but also a "trust" in understanding, security, love, compatibility and heart.....trust is not only about cheating, it is a life long commitment....
