If they burst that sure would be a bloody mess. You might want to take a shower before you do anything else.
Then use your thumb and push them back up inside with alittle prep H. I know you cant be serious. Especially about the alcohol or peroxide. Both would be funny to watch. The alcohol would probably send your butt to the moon and with the peroxide you would be foaming at the butt instead of at the mouth. You know if you really have hemorrhoids you can get them removed. Alittle snip here and alittle snip there and you'll have a brand new rear.
By the way I was only kidding about the thumb.

surely i'm not one that likes pouring chemical compounds into the drain to "clean" a concern - what I surely have got here upon that works rather properly is to fill the bathtub or sink up with approximately 4" of water and then get a stable plunger (the cheap ones do not probably create the essential suction) and bypass at it for a minute. The stress from the plunger virtually constantly clears the project yet while it does not then the subsequent step may be to get an much less costly drain "snake" that attaches to a drill (approximately $27 at HD) to clean up the remnants of the unlucky hurling caught up with what i'm advantageous is a pile of hair (it happens in previous pipes each and all the time) blockading the bypass.

For now i would do the sitz bath and the prep-H, and then go to the dr's. to be on the safe side

How Are Hemorrhoids Treated?

Treatment of hemorrhoids involves alleviating the symptoms. To reduce pain and itching of hemorrhoids, you can try these methods:

Take sitz baths; sit in a shallow bath of warm water several times a day. Don't add anything to the water.
Use a hemorrhoid cream (like Preparation H) or suppository. Follow the directions on the package. These products help with the symptoms, but they don't shrink the hemorrhoids.
Don't strain during bowel movements. Talk to your doctor about using a stool softener to help with constipation.
Avoid becoming dehydrated

Hmmmm.... I didn't think hemorrhoids "bust". They can cause bleeding and they swell, but bust? Are you sure it isn't an anal fissure? That is something that would "bust" and drain - - - kind of like a small boil. Anyway, keep the area clean with witch hazel or hemorrhoid pads and maybe use some anti-bacterial ointment. It would be wise to get it checked by a doctor. Also, you might want to use stool softeners for awhile. :)

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/W5vi5
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.

Only apply rubbing alcohol if you want your backside to explode! Or at least feel like it has. Use a tucks pad or something like that to soothe the burning. Tucks has witch hazel in them, not alcohol.

Rubbing alcohol ,that is the most amusing for the rest of us

Don't use alcohol. It will burn like fire, I promise you will sorely regret it. Sounds like you need a trip to the doctor. I don't see any harm in putting peroxide on it though.

Neither. Go and get some hemorrhoid cream and some hemorrhoid pads. The pads have witch hazel in them, that helps with swelling.
