It depends on what kind of relationship she has with the other guy. Have they just started going out? Is it a commited relationship?
I'm not sure what YOUR relationship is with her. But, it may not be a good idea to let out your feelings to her.
It may backfire.
You should be cocky and funny--not gushy and wussy. say something like. "I know you still haven't gotten over me, and you want me, but you need to keep your hands off me" (say this, if she touched you--for example).
If you tell her how you truly feel, and she doesn't feel the same way, you risk causing a very uneasy tension that leads to awkward silences and uncomfortable presence.
Again, I don't know the details of this triangle, but you may need to be prepared to sacrifice this relationship with her, if things sour.

You say that you are still in love with your ex-girlfriend, and want to tell her that you still have feelings for her? Don't you think that eight long yrs.since you went around with your ex. her feelings for you have changed? If I were you I would be friends with her and see what happens in the future. if you want to buy her something for Christmas, buy her a box of candies or, something that does not cost too much, as a friendship gesture.
