How do you know if it only a summer fling or the real realtionship that will last thing?

I met this awesome boy during my vacation, and we talk but is it only a summer thing which we can flirt with other people or is it TRUE bf and gf relations? :)

That's a really tough question. Do you have any means of actually seeing each other now that its winter?

Its a real challenge to keep a long distance relationship going, I'd know I live in California, and was involved in a long distance relationship with a former lover who moved to New York. We eventually moved on to other people whom we could be physically intimate with.

The only way to really tell is to talk with the other person and discuss status and 'rules'. Are the two of you bf and gf? and what are the rules... can you date other people or do you wait to get back together physically next summer?

Its a tough situation and you need to resolve it by talking with the other person.

Take it one day at a time. Put as much effort as you can each day and put all your heart into it. Before you know it, if he's done the same and the summer is over, discuss how far he wants to take it... then continue ... one day at a time. Always communicate and never lie or keep anything to yourself.. Respect yourself before anyone else.

don't assume that everything that happens in a relationship. i think if summer is past and still you guys are still together....and you know each other so much, and you feel that you are growing together then i think its a real relationship.
people, wont waste their time to someone whom they don't love. :) just keep it clean....no sex. hehehehe
