There is a small group of people, not more than several thousends, living near or in Jerusalem. They recognise only the first five books of the Bible (Thora).

I'd like to make thing clear and to have an answer to my question not an oppinion to a question I did not ask. These poeple live in Israel, they look like beduines yet they SPEAK a so called dead language ARAMEIC, which differs from old arameic, and they believe ONLY the first FIVE books of Thora are the Word of God. They do not recognize the State of Israel nor any other state and tthey survived thoughout the centuries there, near Jerusalem What is their name? So PLEASE, reply ONLY if you KNOW the answer.

From your question, I think you are asking about the Samaritans. They only believe in the five books of Moses (the torah) and they live in Nablus, which is some distance from Jerusalem. They do not speak Aramaic; nobody does, as Aramaic is a dead language. They use Aramaic and Hebrew during religious services.
The Samaritans speak Hebrew and Arabic.

Aramaic is officially considered a dead language. That is, no one speaks it as their sole form of communication.

Jews only believe the Torah, or the first 5 books of the Christian Bible...

what? get your foot out of your mouth so we can understand you
if you are attempting to put down the Jews then you are out of line. There have ALWAYS been more Jews in Jerusalem than anything else and THE LAND BELONGS TO THE JEWISH PEOPLE!!!!!
