Well, you get to know him really, really well by spending quality time with him (that means doing things together other than sex). (not that sex isn't quality time, but it only tells you about one small--or not so small--part of the whole). You meet his friends and relatives, and listen to stories about when he was little, and how honest he is now, and how he treated his last girlfriend. Then you can say you really know him, and you can judge his sincerity for yourself.

Does he tell you the truth about other things? Does he let you know where he is, but in a natural, not "I have to tell her something" kinda way? BTW- you shouldn't start drilling him about where he's been though, that wouldn't be good. Does he treat you well and do nice things for you?Do you ever notice him looking at girls, a little too much mind you, it's normal if your guy notices girls, but not if he seriously checks them out. Does he seem secretive, or agitated for no reason at times?If you answered no to any of the first questions, or yes to the last two then you should be wary. The more you answered in favor of him potentially cheating, the higher the warning. But beyond all this, you must listen to your heart. If you don't feel that he is being sincere etc. , he probably isn't. Women's intuition, it's never lied to me, and when I have doubted it I have only gotten hurt. Good luck.

You can't go through life worrying about things. People cheat and that is the way it is. Just make the best of things until he cheats, and then leave him.
Trust and being trustworthy are the most important things in a relationship.

You never really know. You need to build trust with him through experience and communication.
Although it sounds easy, it's actually very difficult. Especially if you have caught him cheating before..

If you trust him, you will know if he's cheating or not. Seems to me your trust is low though, and asking him is not the smartest answer because he can always lie. If he's cheating you will find out one day. people always do.

u dont, neither do i about my girlfriend, thats why a relationship is built on trust and love, unless u have solid evidence of cheating pic/video/letters, dont accuse trust me it makes things easier.

Ask yourself: Is there any time unaccounted for? Can he look you in the eyes when you ask about it? Does his johnson smell like a condom, coochie, or fresh flowers and he's been outside all day?

wow! you don't know. I feel that one minute he's away he could possible be cheating. You only can go by what he tells you.

You will be amazed at what you can see in his demeanor if you pay attention. Eyes tell all. Gestures do also. Just pay attention. If your gut tells you something, listen.

Its called TRUST. Thats how we know everything. We know the sky is blue because someone said so and we belived them, your mom says "I love you" and you belived it....Its all about trust.
