Are you thinking about the sin in your dream? If you are then its not in your dreams anymore. You are wilfully thinking about it. If you are asking this question then I believe you are feeling guilty of something. Guilt is a sign that something may be wrong. Why not ask for forgiveness? What could it hurt? It can only help.

Dreams usually come from something we've seen or heard or thought about, affecting the 5 senses. It's like our sub-conscience rerunning a tape. If the dream bothers you or you think its sinful, ask for forgiveness and ask God to help you have better dreams.

If these dreams are of a variety that you would feel bad about if you did these things when you were awake, I think it would be natural to feel bad about them when you actually woke up but, sin must come from the will (serious sin) if you were sleeping your will power was not involved so the severity is not there.

no I dont think so. But if you wake up and wonder that question about a particular dream, It cant hurt to ask God to forgive you for that dream, and pray that he takes those bad dreams away and give you good dreams.

considering we and God knows what an anus is i imagine which could not a sin, yet, stealing is so basically ask God to forgive you for that....yet I guess you need to ask for far extra forgiveness than that, seeing as you're out at 3 am operating the streets. this isn't a severe answer.

Where's the sense in asking for forgiveness for something you didn't do and had no control over?

There is no reason to feel guilty for a thought.

Christianity has no techniques for gaining control of or understanding the mind.

You are off the hook, for now.
