Brands, not homemade, please. (Easier for me.) Brands that can be purchased for under $15 at the local CVS.
Thanks.

Cetaphil. It is great for someone having some trouble with their skin. I used it when I was on accutane, and still today. It is inexpensive, has no coloring or fragrance and is non-irritating.

Any inexpensive oil-free moisturizer will work. But try Alpha-Hydrox, if you use it six weeks straight your skin will clear up. I guarentee it. I've been using it for 15 yrs. It cleared up my terrible acne, it's unbelievable. It costs between $5 to $8. Most cost effective & successful product I've ever used.

Sorry, this one isn't at the local CVS. But in my opinion, ones that CAN be purchased at the local CVS . . . well, they aren't usually up to snuff.

I LOVE Kiehl's Sodium-PCA Oil-Free Moisturizer. It moisturizes your skin without adding any extra oil-and I'm someone who's incredibly acne-prone and I have really oily skin.

Good luck!

Olay Total Effects for blemish prone skin, it has salicylic acid in it, which really helps with acne.

I agree with Neutrogena. They have several formulations, all of which are non-comedogenic which means they won't clog your pores and give you zits. Most come with a little sunscreen too, which is a good bonus. My favorite is slightly tinted, so it gives me a little color this time of year. I think a bottle costs around $10 at CVS.

I have acne prone skin too and I use Eucerin - it's non-acnegenic. I like it because I also have sensitive skin and it doesn't have a lot of fragrance.
