You don't. That's what makes girls mysterious species.
The best way is to find out is to talk to her, and if she feels as if she's close enough to you, then she'll admit it.
Otherwise, just watch for signs like:
If she stares at you often
Smiles at you often
Flirts with you often
Etc.

she will start to talk to you and simply just be happy to see you!
i usually just smileand coem over to the guy or just show him my body lanugague by turning around to greet him!
