his best friend likes me too and he wont go out with me because his friend liked me first and i dont like his best friend!!!

Be honest with him. Tell him how you feel, and that you prefer him to his friend. Ask his friend to tell him that it is OK. (His friend will do it if you put it on the "if you really care about me and him [your friends] you'll want us to be happy" basis.) If his friend 'lets you go' for him, he should come around.
