is this a question or you giving away loans. Count me in if the interest rate is below 4.5%.
If you want to borrow, try Union Planters Bank (currently changed thier name). I borrowed from them in 2002 @ 4% interest on a 10 years term.

I wouldn't do it. There is usually a huge interest rate with them
