Body is how much volume or fullness you have in your hair. Like people that have flat hair would sometimes say "I was body in my hair." You can get body by using Sebastian Body Double products, Volumizing shampoo, or using a teasing comb.

Its the hair that grows all over your body. Some people do not have much and others have lots and look like monkeys when they remove clothing.

It means 'fullness'. If your hair is naturally 'big' you have a lot of body. People with straight hair that hangs sort of limp, do not have body.
