The bones in your wrist are the size they are and that is determined by your genetics. There isn't anything you can do about that. Some people have big wrist bones and some have small wrist bones.

You can make your forearm and hand muscles stronger though. Wrist curls are good for the forearms, and squeezing exercises are good for your hands.
