Of course, but it doesn't sound very good. Try red bull and vodka, much smoother.
Mixing drinks is your own paradise, you can really mix what ever you want. Beware, you might feel pretty awful the next day.
Mixing a stimulant(redbull) with a depressant(alcohol) really wreaks havoc on your system. Drink responsibly.

yes ( well, about as "safe" as it is to drink redbull alone) i like red bull with vodka better.

Yeah,it's fine. Not sure how good it'll taste but it's not gonna hurt you any more than mixing it with vodka or another liquor.
