Something is bothering you that is all i can say, so see if you can resolve the problem, otherwise get some prescription from a naturopath doctor to form a habit of sleeping again, but do not take it everyday. Talk to someone, that you trust, about what is really bothering you. Good luck.

I use to have a problem with that, too. What I did was turn on music, so I could fall asleep listening to it... or I turned on the TV, and it helps me stop thinking and focus on the show. Then i fall asleep from that. Or you can read a good book, that usually does the trick..

if nothing works at all, i would suggest seeing a doctor for professional help. Other than that, I hope the insomnia stops! Good luck!

For the past few years I've suffered with the same problem. I never wanted to resort to taking pills because of the fear of the side effects. I found a solution for me and it has worked wonders. Reading. I go and buy books that I can't seem to put down after reading for a good hour or so I'm so tired I can barely hold my eyes open. You may want to try this, it can't hurt.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.

Its not so much insomnia, its anxiety, if you cant stop thinking. what you can do to get more sleep is take a warm bath within 2 hours of bedtime, avoid caffiene products about 3 hours before bed, and drinking a glass of milk before bed.

"No More Sleepless Nights" (see link below) is the best book on insomnia. It's the one most often recommended by sleep doctors.
