Im going to NYC here soon, and I want to go see a couple of shows while Im there. It could be plays, musicals, operas, really anything! Im just not sure what is worth the money! Thanks so much for your help! Happy Holidays!

Definitely: Phantom of the Opera. I am not a show person, I don't even like shows, but this particular show is SO BEAUTIFUL I have seen it 3 times, and my eyes fill with tears every time I see it. You will love it. Enjoy NY!
Also, go see the "the Tree" (on 5th Ave, I forgot the cross street, but its not far from St. Patrick's Cathedral). Go in there too, its beautiful, and go in Bergdorf Goodman and Bendels. And of course Central Park too. Tavern on the Green is beautiful at Xmas, but the food is crap. Its still worth going in there though, it is very Christmasy!

Right now, Spamalot is really big. It's a musical version of Monty Python's Holy Grail, and it's supposed to be hilarious.

My favorite show was and still is Rent. I loved it so much I bought the soundtrack to it. I can promise you that you will not be disappointed.
